All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary between in-store and online ordering. Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.
c. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Cafe Bottega does not store your full payment card information. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.
d. No Refunds / Limited Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds or credits, if any, are issued at our sole discretion in cases of incorrect or defective orders.
4. Pick-Up, Delivery & Timing
Estimated preparation and pickup times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Cafe Bottega is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, technical issues, or third-party delivery partners.
5. Promotions, Rewards & Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts, loyalty rewards, and gift cards:
Have no cash value
Are non-transferable unless stated otherwise
May be modified or discontinued at any time
Are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of issuance
Cafe Bottega reserves the right to void promotions in cases of misuse or fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Cafe Bottega and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
